This was a quick and easy recipe that is great for using up leftovers. We had a maple glazed ham for Christmas dinner and have been using the leftovers for the last few days. Today's lunch is a creamy ham casserole that was a great success with my daughter.
Ingredients:
8 oz. pasta (I used a curly shell variety)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can green peas
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 cups chopped ham
1/2 c grated cheese
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
Boil the pasta until al dente, set aside. Combine all ingredients except grated cheese and breadcrumbs in a Pyrex baking pan. Sprinkle cheese and crumbs on top and then bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
