Perhaps chickenetti refers to a creamier chicken and pasta dish, but here is my recipe:

8 dry oz thin spaghetti, cooked al dente
2 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces and sauteed until golden brown in a tablespoon or so of oil
1 can spaghetti sauce (I used Hunt's garlic and onion flavor)
3 oz cheddar or other cheese (shredded or diced)
Parmesan cheese to taste

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan until the  cheese melts into the sauce and pasta.  This dish tastes even better as leftovers the next day!
